I'm a Los Angeles-based writer and editorial director. I write about pop culture and all things gay in my Byline column The Female Gays. I’m the creator of @maddykemag, a fun, passionate, expansive community for queer women and non-binary people.
Currently, I work in the cannabis and wellness space, developing distinctive editorial and visual identities for brands—guiding marketing launches, crafting effective social media campaigns, and strengthening brand cohesion across platforms.
I previously served as Editorial Director of Branded Content at VICE, orchestrating compelling cross-disciplinary narratives and spearheading initiatives with LGBTQ and POC artists to create viral-worthy digital content that authentically connected with consumers across platforms.
Prior to VICE, I was a digital editor at Condé Nast, working across brands like Vogue, Vanity Fair, and Allure. My writing has appeared in Vanity Fair, Teen Vogue, NYLON, where I had a column exploring politics and pop culture, New York Magazine’s The Cut, The Guardian, HuffPost, and more.
